  • Dr.
    Arianna Anderson
    Board Certified Naturopathic Doctor

I have been passionate about health and wellness all my life! I acquired several auto-immune challenges in early adulthood that significantly affected my quality of life. As most people do, I looked to western medicine to help. Unfortunately, all I found was drugs that masked my symptoms, which continued to get worse.

So, I started researching how to support my body’s natural ability to heal and restore function. Over this time of discovery I started to heal and my auto-immune symptoms now have been completely resolved naturally!

IT IS MY PASSION AND PURPOSE TO HELP OTHERS IN THE SAME WAY.

I knew that someday I’d be able to help others realize what I suddenly knew–that a natural approach to health concerns was safe and more effective than what I had been offered by the other “experts”.

So, I went back to school and am now a Doctor of Traditional Naturopathy. I specialize in using Nutrition Response Testing to help people improve every area of health.

I love to teach women, men and children of all ages how to improve their health through better diet and natural whole food supplements, lifestyle enhancements, and chiropractic adjustments.

I’ve always wanted to help people, and I’ve found that by listening to what people tell me and applying proven naturopathic principles, I can help them more than they’ve ever imagined.

  • Tory Kohler, CHC
    Natural Health Practitioner

I started working at AFC Wellness in February 2017 after being a patient for almost a year. AFC Wellness has had such a positive influence in my life in more ways than just my health. It is my desire to see others experience the same increased health and wellness in their lives.

I have had the honor and privilege of apprenticing under Dr. Arianna Anderson since July of 2017. In that time, I have had the opportunity to see amazing health improvements in countless people’s physical and mental health. This has granted me extensive clinical knowledge to assist in supporting natural health care in our community.

My additional training includes studying Psychology through Bowling Green State University and completing my Health Coach certification through Trinity School of Natural Health.

It is a joy for me to be part of a Natural Health Team on a mission to help others with their physical and mental health utilizing Nutrition Response Testing and Designed Clinical Nutrition!

  • Abby Steigerwalt, MS, CES, CHC
    Natural Health Practitioner

I am so excited to be part of the Natural Health Team at AFC Wellness! I love providing health coaching to our patients. We are so fortunate to be able to use the Heart Sound Recorder with Chiropractic adjustments and Nutrition Response Testing to support natural heart health!

I have had a passion for the heart from a very young age. I remember doing my 5th grade science project on the heart and had an actual beef heart as part of my presentation! I went through school wanting to be a cardiologist and started college as a biology / pre-med major with the intention of going to medical school. However, after doing an internship in Cardiac Rehab, I knew that that was what I wanted to pursue and changed my major to Exercise Physiology. I finished my master’s degree at Ball State University in Exercise Science with a concentration in Adult Fitness / Cardiac Rehabilitation and then worked for 14 years in the Cardiac Rehab department at UTMC.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with patients with all types of cardiac conditions: heart attacks, stents, heart failure, valve replacements and bypass surgeries, and even pre and post heart transplant patients. I’ve had many years of experience reading ECGs and studying the physiology of the heart, especially in relation to exercise. In 2020 I became a Certified Health and Life Coach and I look forward to using those skills along with the Heart Sound Recorder to help people improve their heart health with nutrition and habit change! Seeing the way that the heart responds to different nutrients and therapies is amazing and I can’t wait to share it with all of you!

  • Jill Shriner
    Front Desk Coordinator

Hello! My name is Jill and after being a registered hemodialysis technician for over 16 years experience working in the healthcare field, I felt the urge to change careers. I’ve been a patient of AFC since 2015, I’m passionate about alternative medicine and I’ve experienced my own health success working with this amazing group of people at AFC! When the opportunity came for me to join the team I was honored to apply!

I have two grown children, four grandchildren and a golden doodle who keep me busy. I love spending my free time doing puzzles, reading novels, bible journaling and sewing handmade dog accessories.

I know our bodies were made to heal themselves and I’m excited to see each one of you on your health journey! It’s never too late to invest in your wellness... your freedom is waiting for you.

  • Jen Seagert

I am so blessed to join this wonderful team of people who seek to serve others in their pursuit of natural health and wellness. I have been a patient since September of 2021. It is my pleasure to personally attest to the benefits of naturopathic and chiropractic care. I have an Associate of Science degree in Assistance Dog Education and a diverse work history that includes dog training, customer service, and education. I find immense fulfillment in making people feel warm and welcome and in helping them experience joy and freedom in life. In my free time, I enjoy playing with my son and my dog, spending time with God, friends and family, cooking, painting, and going for walks. I love learning new things and finding solutions to problems. I’m excited to settle into this new adventure and I am eager to meet all our friends at AFC!

  • Elaine Myers
